She has delivered ESG-aligned advisory services, policy analysis, and environmental assessments for government agencies and NGOs. Currently pursuing a PhD in Political Ecology (energy transitions) through a joint program between Boğaziçi University and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Valentine bridges academic insight and practical action. Her expertise in project design, participatory research, and monitoring & evaluation ensures that our projects are both rigorously designed and grounded in community realities.

8+ years of expertise in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policy development, risk assessment, and ESG strategy. Mikisi has served as an EHS Consultant with SGS Kenya and Safety Surveyors Ltd, supporting organizations in achieving regulatory compliance and implementing ISO-aligned management systems. He is certified in Environmental Impact Assessment/Audit and in ESG reporting (GRI standards), and is an associate member of the Environment Institute of Kenya. Mikisi’s hands-on approach and understanding of international ESG frameworks help companies improve their sustainability performance and meet investor requirements.

10+ years of experience in geospatial analysis and climate change projects across Africa. Victor has worked with Kenya’s National Drought Management Authority (NDMA), the Global Tourism Resilience & Crisis Management Centre (GTRCMC), and Boston University on projects ranging from carbon stock mapping to climate risk assessment. An award-winning GIS innovator and published researcher, he is highly skilled in remote sensing and spatial analytics, using these tools to inform climate resilience and sustainable land-use planning.

Civil Engineer with a strong background in sustainable infrastructure and project management. Peter holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Kenyatta University and has experience in road construction and infrastructure development with organizations like KenErt Engineering and the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA). He integrates environmental considerations into engineering projects, having overseen road upgrade projects while ensuring compliance with environmental impact requirements. Peter is a registered Graduate Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and brings valuable technical and project planning skills to the team.
