Lead Environmental, Health & Safety consulting and
oversee financial governance and internal operations
Core Responsibilities
— Lead EHS, safeguards, IFC/WB compliance, and
occupational health and safety advisory.
— Manage financial planning, budgeting, and internal
financial controls.
— Oversee HR functions including recruitment,
performance management, and sta development.
— Lead EIA/EA processes, safety audits, and ESG risk
assessments.
— Support policy development and quality assurance
for compliance-driven projects.
— Deliver EHS and safeguards-related training to clients.
